Dear Theatre-Goers,

• Due to heightened security measures and the thorough inspection of personal items we ask that patrons arrive at the theatre in good time.

• Due to construction work on the underground vestibule of the metro station Teatralnaya, parking in the vicinity of Theatre Square is limited.
We ask you to take this into consideration when planning a visit to the theatre.

• Due to the increase in the number of performances and concerts at the historic Mariinsky Theatre, the main stage and chamber venues of the Mariinsky II and the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theatre, patrons may claim any items left in the cloakrooms without queuing on presentation of a ticket for a performance or concert taking place the same day at a different theatre venue.

• Please note that tickets to Mariinsky Theatre events may be purchased from the theatre's box-offices, the official website www.mariinsky.ru and from officially endorsed ticket agencies.

Please note that recently there have been increased incidences of fraudsters reselling Mariinsky Theatre tickets. Speculators create cloned websites, which partially copy the physical format of the theatre's official site, advertising them in search engines and selling tickets through them at markedly higher prices. From 1 September 2019 changes have been made to legislation which have rendered such activities illegal.
Tickets for performances and concerts at the Mariinsky Theatre may be purchased at theatre box-offices, on the theatre's official website www.mariinsky.ru/en/ and from officially empowered agencies, a list of which may be found at the address www.mariinsky.ru/en/visit/buy/rules1.
The Mariinsky Theatre carries no responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased on fraudulent sites, and cannot guarantee the possibility of attending events using such tickets, particularly where the ticket does not display its cost and other official information.
In order to avoid any situations that may cause unpleasentness, patrons should take care and inform friends and relatives of any possible danger.
