Ticket sales for the opera Don Carlo are now open

Dear Patrons,
Ticket sales are now open for the opera Don Carlo featuring stellar casts on 29 October and 1 November. Please note that tickets for these performances are name-designated. When acquiring such tickets, it will be necessary to indicate the full name of the person attending the performance and, on the day of the performance itself, to present a document confirming that person's identity together with the ticket.

Details to remember:
⦁ the name-designated ticket indicates the full name of the person attending – it suffices to provide this at the time of purchase at either the box-office or in the appropriate field when ordering on the theatre's website;
⦁ one (1) ticket per each name may be purchased;
⦁ should you be purchasing a ticket for a third party, his/her details should be used for this purpose;
⦁ when a ticket for the performance is being checked by the usher, it must be presented together with a document confirming that person's identity. Such documents include a valid passport, military ID, birth certificate or residence permit etc;
⦁ should the details on the ticket not tally with the details on the document presented, the theatre reserves the right to deny admission to the performance;
⦁ name-designated tickets may be returned in accordance with the standard rules;
⦁ the theatre guarantees the protection of personal data.
