On 21 March 2011 in accordance with Russian Presidential Decree No 336, Larisa Gergieva and Irma Niozadze received the title of People’s Artist of the Russian Federation among other notable cultural figures. At yesterday’s reception with the President they were officially presented with their titles and medals. | ||||
