• Prizewinner at the Republican Competition for Young Wind Players (1994, Belarus)
• Prizewinner at international competitions for wind players: the Dmitry Beda Competition (1996, Lvov) and "Music of Hope" (1996, Gomel)
• Prizewinner at the 2nd International Competition for Wind Players to mark the 850th anniversary of Moscow (1997, Моscow)

Born in 1980 in Mogilev (Republic of Belarus). Began studying the oboe in his youth in the class of his father, Ivan Kundyanok. From 1998-2003 studied at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatoire (class of Professor Alexey Utkin). In 2006 completed postgraduate studies at the Moscow Conservatoire.

As part of an instrumental trio won the Grand Prix at the Michal Oginski Chamber Group Competition.
Holder of grants from the "New Names" International Charity Programme, the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation, and the President of the Republic of Belarus´s Special Fund.
Winner of the Ermenegildo Zegna prize for new talents (December 2005).

Since 2002 – member of the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestrа; soloist since 2005.
Has performed with such well-known musicians as Gidon Kremer, Peter Schreier, Alexey Utkin, Yury Bashmet, and others.
Has made recordings for radio and television
