Peter Mumford has designed productions including Carmen, Madama Butterfly, Peter Grimes, the Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Anniversary Gala, the La Cenerentola (Glyndebourne), Pétrouchka, Carmen (also sets), Cheating, Lying, Stealing (Scottish Ballet), Punch and Judy, Bluebeard’s Castle, Madama Butterfly, Così fan tutte, Die Soldaten, Poppea (English National Opera), Il trovatore (Paris), Prima Donna (Manchester International Festival), Fidelio, Two Widows, Don Giovanni, Der7nbsp;Ring des Nibelungen (Scottish Opera), Eugene Onegin, Madama Butterfly (Opera North), Giulio Cesare (Bordeaux), Eugene Onegin and The Bartered Bride (Royal Opera House). He co-directed and designed the sets and lighting for L’Heure espagnole and L’Enfant et les sortilèges (Opera Zuid).
