Ian Jackson-French undertook an international tour as Lighting Designer and Technical Manager with the Swiss mime company Mummenschanz. He came to English National Opera via the Royal Shakespeare Company. Recent work includes designing the lighting for English National Opera’s concert performances of War and Peace (BBC Proms) and Götterdämmerung (Barbican Hall). He also lights live videos for some of Britain’s leading comedians.
