In 2016 Elena Bodrova graduated from the stage design faculty of GITIS. Has worked on productions of Joan of Arc – White Crow, Children's Scenes, Twelve Months and Sofia at the Moscow Drama Theatre directed by Armen Dzhigarkhanyan.
Collaborates with the stage director Alexei Smirnov. Has designed his instrumental theatre productions of The State of Things and Little Red Riding Hood at the Meyerhold Centre and the operas Van Gogh's Letters and L'isola disabitata at the Mariinsky Theatre.
Has taken part in several exhibitions at the Bakhrushin Museum.
