Maria Lukka

In 1997 Maria Lukka graduated from the Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (theatre workshop of E. S. Kochergin). As a set and costume designer she has worked on twenty-five productions. She has collaborated with such theatres as the Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre, the Maly Drama Theatre-Theatre of Europe and the Kommisarzhevskaya Drama Theatre (St Petersburg), the Okhlopkov Drama Theatre (Irkutsk), the F. G. Volkov Russian Drama Theatre (Yaroslavl), the Nizhny-Novgorod Young Spectator´s Theatre, the National Theatre of Korea (Seoul) and the Russian Drama Theatre of Lithuania (Vilnius). She has worked with many stage directors including Grigory Kozlov, Viktor Kramer, Grigory Dityatkovsky and Anatoly Praudin. Member of the art group Dustmen (graphic performances, moving objects, photographs, painting, graphics). Member of the Union of Russian Artists since 2000.
