Ben Zamora is a Seattle-based lighting designer who received an MFA in Lighting Design from the University of Washington and a BA in Theater from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ben has most recently designed for Connecticut Grand Opera, the San Francisco and the Northwest Flower and Garden shows, Circus Contraption, Washington Ensemble Theater, a national tour with Lingo Dancetheater, the dance company Locust, and various premieres at On The Boards (Seattle). Zamora has also worked with Jim Ingalls, Peter Sellars, Mark Lamos, and video artist Bill Viola for production at Lincoln Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Carnegie Hall. Zamora is an associate ensemble member of the critically acclaimed Washington Ensemble Theater.
