The World of Theatre and Music with Valery Gergiev

The first lesson of the Academy of Young Theatre-Goers begins on 30 October at 12:00. The live broadcast may be viewed on the website mariinsky.tv.
 

 

 

 

The on-line broadcast on 30 October opens a broadcasting programme that combines two academies – the Academy of Young Theatre-Goers and the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers. The latter will be appearing in the programme series Eras and Styles organised by the Academy’s Artistic Director Larisa Gergieva. The programme will run throughout the season and will culminate with a broadcast of a concert in which Valery Gergiev will appear as both conductor and narrator.

СPerformances and concerts are recorded with the technical assistance of the Mariinsky Theatre mobile television unit and are broadcast on http://mariinsky.tv/n/.
