Yekaterina Krapivina graduated from the Astrakhan State Conservatoire. Has been a soloist with the Astrakhan Musical Theatre. Has performed at the Mariinsky Theatre since 2006. Yekaterina Krapivina joined the Mariinsky Opera in 2011.
