Nataliya Tymchenko graduated from the Sofia National Academy of Music (class of
Professor Konstanza Vatchkova). In the 2002-2003 season she appeared at
the Kharkov Theatre of Opera and Ballet. From 2004 she was a soloist
with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers, making her Mariinsky
Theatre debut as Elvira (Don Giovanni). In 2007 Nataliya Tymchenko joined the Mariinsky Opera Company.

In 2002 Nataliya Tymchenko made her Sofia Opera House debut as Elvira (Don Giovanni), and in 2007 she sang as Emma (Khovanshchina)
at the Teatro del Liceu (Barcelona). Moreover, Nataliya Tymchenko's
career has included recitals at the Teatro del Liceu and appearances
with Vladimir Galuzin at Carnegie Hall (New-York) and in Saint
Rémy-de-Provence, Toulouse, New Jersey (2008) and Macedonia.
Nataliya Tymchenko has also taken part in the Aphrodite Festival in Cyprus (Amelia, Un ballo in maschera, 2006), Baden-Baden (Cio-Cio-San, Madama Butterfly, 2007), Vienna (Polina, The Gambler), Barcelona (Emma, Khovanshchina, Teatro del Liceu, 2007) and Washington's Kennedy Center (Lisa, The Queen of Spades)
In addition to appearances at the Moscow Easter Festival, the Baden-Baden Festival of Music, the Skopje Opera Festival in Macedonia
(Liù, Turandot) and the Moscow Philharmonic together with the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra under Valery Gergiev. In 2009 she performed
as Lisa (The Queen of Spades) at the renowned Barbican Hall in London.
