Anna Valeyeva was born in Krasnoyarsk to a family of musicians, and at the age of eight she began to take piano lessons. In 2011 she became a grant-recipient of the New Names foundation. Since the age of nine she has performed with the Krasnoyarsk Academic Symphony Orchestra and the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra. In June 2012 she performed a concert with the Rostov Academic Symphony Orchestra.
In 2013 she entered the Middle Special School of Music of the St Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire. On an annual basis she appears at the St Petersburg State Philharmonic and the St Petersburg State Capella. Has taken part in the concert series Russian Souvenir in Athens and Belgrade (2014) and the international festival Children's Petersburg in Tel Aviv (2015), as well as touring with a group of students from the Middle Special School of Music to cities in Switzerland (2015). In 2017 she took part in the Winter Surikov Arts Festival in Krasnoyarsk, the Muzikale Oktober Best festival in The Netherlands and the Flowers of Russia festival which was held in towns and cities in Slovenia and Germany, and she became a prize-winner at the Moscow International Festival of Young Soloists.
