Born in 1984 in Leningrad. In 2009 he graduated from the St Petersburg Conservatory and in 2012 completed his postgraduate studies there (class of Oleg Talypin). Prize-winner of the International Mravinsky Competition (2003, 1st prize) and International Rimsky-Korsakov Competition (2005, 1st prize) in St Petersburg. From 2005 to 2013 he was member of the St Petersburg Philharmonic and since 2013 of the Mariinsky Orchestra. He also plays solo and chamber music at the Mariinsky Concert Hall and chamber halls.
