Viktoria Mun was born in St Petersburg. Studied at the St Petersburg State University, faculty of sociology. Studied vocals in St Petersburg, Abilene (USA) and Hamburg (Germany). In 2014 she graduated with distinction from the Alfred Schnittke Akademie International in Hamburg (class of Holger Lampson). While still a student, on the initiative of the Belyaevsky Foundation, the Joseph Martin Kraus-Gesellschaft, Hamburg’s Mozart-Gesellschaft and the Deutsche Alfred Schnittke-Gesellschaft, Viktoria Mun performed recitals and appeared in various theatre projects. She is currently studying under Elena Prokina, preparing new recital programmes and opera roles.
