Anna Odintsova

Anna Odintsova was born in Moscow in 1990. She graduated from the Chopin Moscow State College of Musical Performance (class of Jacob Katsnelson) and then from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Natalia Trull) and completed her postgraduate studies there in 2016 under the guidance of Alexander Bonduriansky. Participated in masterclasses by Klaus Hellwig, Vincenzo Balzani, Leonel Morales, Vladimir Mischouk.

Prize-winner at the Jugend musiziert Federal Competition (Erlangen, Germany, 2005; 2nd prize), the Modern Art and Education International Competition and Festival (Moscow – Ruza (Moscow Region), 2007; 2nd prize), the International Balys Dvarionas Competition for Young Pianists and Violinists (Vilnius, 2008; 1st prize and special prize), the Moscow Romantic Music Festival (2009) and the International Stasys Vainiūnas Competition for Pianists and Chamber Ensembles (Vilnius, 2010; 4th prize). In 2012 together with cellist Alexander Ramm she took 4th prize at the Swedish International Duo Competition (Katrineholm). In 2015 Anna won the special prize as the best accompanist in the cello category at the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition (Moscow – St Petersburg).

She performs in Russia and abroad, collaborates with the Moscow Gnessin Chamber Orchestra and other ensembles.
Has participated in programmes of the St Petersburg Music House since 2012.
